Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Railway Corp. (USA). When you access the site, technically necessary access data is processed (e.g. IP address, time of access, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, if provided, email address and message) is transmitted to me by email via this website's server. It is not stored on the web server beyond delivery.
Whether via the form or by email directly: I process the data contained (your email address and the content of your message) solely to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose of its processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21).
